What it is
The Workspace is the system the Client Hub sits on top of — where our own engagements, documents, delivery, and billing are coordinated. The Hub is the client-facing window into it; the Workspace is where the work actually happens.
Why it's here
We treat our own operation as a live testbed. The same build-to-be-owned discipline we sell — documented, legible, recoverable — gets applied to the tools we run the business on, so we're never asking clients to work in a way we wouldn't.
