Air Dispersion Modelling Platform
Air Environment
Workflow automation, interface improvements, and hardware experimentation to accelerate air dispersion modelling for environmental consulting teams.
Field systems, environmental software, operational infrastructure. No case-study polish — what it took to ship, and what it takes to keep running.
Hydrology company contracted to major Australian councils
The data and brokering layer within a much larger flood monitoring system — a unified broker normalising inputs from LoRaWAN, cellular, and legacy serial IoT devices into one stream, so councils could be warned earlier and in more detail. One team among several, with hands-on field work installing and updating hardware.

The secure portal where an engagement lives — progress, runbooks and handover documents, and invoices — so clients can see where a project is up to without booking a status meeting.
Air Environment
A custom LIMS to replace spreadsheet-based lab workflows — tracking samples, test results, and reporting chains for an environmental consulting team.

A public status page for every system we operate — there when everything is green, and there when something isn't.

The internal workspace behind the Client Hub — where our own engagements, documents, delivery, and billing are coordinated. The Hub is the client-facing view; this is the machinery behind it.

A standing experiment in locally-hosted AI — running capable models on our own hardware, on-premise, to understand what is genuinely possible without sending data to someone else's cloud.
A research track to see whether we could replicate air dispersion modelling from first principles — the experimentation behind our environmental modelling work.
The Gap State High School P&C
Hardware refresh and systems optimisation for a school P&C — improving day-to-day reliability and giving the committee visibility and control over their IT environment. Now in final training and handover.

Field systems, environmental software, workflow automation, data infrastructure. If that’s the shape of your problem, we would like to hear about it.

You have seen the pitch — polished site, thirty-minute audit, deployment in weeks, an ROI that compounds. What it does not tell you is what you are inheriting. Three failure modes show up in this category of build, and they are structural, not accidental.
